Theta Training

Every Day in Every Way I’m Getting Better and Better

Our Greatest Security is Within Us

You no doubt have heard those words before. Just about every life coach and motivational speaker has spoken them, but few give credit to Dr. Cue and his amazing story or explain that they are best used in the theta state while we sleep.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, one of America’s outstanding writers and often called America’s Teacher, said, “The mind is a wonderful servant but a terrible master.” He was referring to the subconscious mind that rules the lives of most people without their even being aware of it and with devastating results. In the late nineteen hundreds, Dr. Emile Cue′ (February 26, 1857 – July 2, 1926) was famous all over Europe for helping many heal themselves of illnesses of all kinds by teaching them a simple way to influence their subconscious minds. People would write to him, and he would send them all the same advice. We can imagine many who got his letter reading it, laughing and throwing it away, because it was so simple. Many of those who actually followed his advice, however, got amazing results.

This is his simple technique based on his advanced knowledge of a new mind and the subconscious that even today is not fully recognized by the science of psychology. One amazing feature is that its use does not demand any of our precious time, because it is best done while we sleep. The second is that it provides an inner cleansing by neutralizing much of the negative content of  the subconscious mind that forms the principle source of limiting beliefs that keep us from reaching our dreams and goals. It also is the background fear and noise keeping us from being aware of that still, small voice that is our soul guide. If ever the silver bullet existed, this would be it. Enjoy the simplicity and power.

P.S. When this technique becomes second nature to you, and you begin to get solid results, feel free to substitute your own favorite affirmations; but, until that time we strongly recommend that you use the original one.
